Enhanced Visibility with the new VUSCREEN Control Unit
The VUSCREEN control unit of the VUMAN® E3 video endoscope is ergonomic and robust at the same time. For transport, simply attach the VUSCREEN to the housing on the back of the VUMAN®. There are various ways to position the control unit during an inspection. For example, you can attach it directly to the VUMAN®, either on top or on the back of it, carry it on the shoulder strap around your neck or simply put it down on a work bench or the ground. This way, you are no longer bound to stand directly next to your industrial videoscope when inspecting, but are able to move around freely. Even lengthy inspections do not pose a problem thanks to the transreflective 10.4” touchscreen TFT display with LED backlight, True Color and native resolution of 1440 x 1080 px.
Take Full Control with the X-WAY Articulation
Our pneumatic X-WAY probe articulation of this industrial videoscope allows a full 4-way articulation (up/down/left/right). Use the joystick to manually adjust direction and degree of the probe articulation. The probe articulation is driven by a computer-controlled micro compressor, making external compressed air sources unnecessary when operating the industrial videoscope VUMAN.

Thanks to our V3 interchangeable probe concept and the wide range of short and long range video probes, the VUMAN® E3 combines several industrial videoscopes in one. If you need to use several probes for one inspection, you can simply interchange them on site and switch between the probes needed. This smart concept saves you the cost of purchasing several videoscope systems. Furthermore, it makes cost-saving, modular repairs possible. Also, in case of contamination, you can simply remove the probe and replace it by a new one, instead of replacing the entire industrial videoscope system.

Select the interchangeable probes that are most suitable for your applications. With the industrial videoscope VUMAN® E3/E3+ it is very easy to interchange the video probes directly on site. Choose between different probe lengths and diameters, articulating or non-articulating. With articulating video probes up to 30 m length, the VUMAN® E3/E3+ is especially advantageous for applications that require a long endoscope range.
In general, we are offering VUMAN® video probes with diameters from 6.1 mm to 12.7 mm and in lengths between 5 m and 30 m. Moreover, there are several optical adapters with which you can change direction of view (DOV) and field of view (FOV) of your videoscope camera. Additionally, it is possible to connect other external video endoscopes such as the VISIO system to our VUMAN®.

Where are industrial videoscopes used?
Industrial videoscopes are popular inspection cameras for non-destructive testing. Remote visual inspections with an industrial videoscope such as the VUMAN take place for example in nuclear industry, pharmaceutical industry, power generation and many other industrial sectors. The VUMAN videoscope is especially designed for the inspection of long pipes and tubes. With up to 30 m work length, pneumatic articulation and Remote Focus it is the most suitable industrial videoscope for long distance inspections.
What are the advantages compared to other industrial videoscopes?
The VUMAN industrial videoscope system shows many advantages compared to other video endoscopes. It is a modular system with interchangeable video probes in 18 standard variants. For any kind of inspection we are able to provide you with the suitable video probe, be it a small diameter videoscope with Ø 6.1 mm or a long range video probe with 30 m length. How often does the micro compressor need maintenance?
Never. The integrated micro compressor is completely maintenance free. However, we recommend sending your system in for overall maintenance once a year, in order to make sure the videoscope runs error-free and to prevent from possible defects that might happen when seemingly minor issues are not taken care of.
Can I upgrade my VUMAN E3 to a VUMAN E3+?
Yes, if you purchase a VUMAN E3, you are later able to upgrade your industrial videoscope. Therefore, it must be send to us and we will make the necessary hardware and software upgrades.
Can the videoscope screen be used with gloves?
Yes, the touchscreen of our industrial videoscope (VUSCREEN) is operable with gloves. The joystick, buttons and slidebars, as well, can be used while wearing gloves.
What do I do if my industrial videoscope is broken?
If your videoscope is broken, you can always contact us. Our service is there to help you with possible issues. We also offer an endoscope repair service that will only repair what is necessary instead of replacing large parts of the system.
How do I transfer my data from the VUMAN E3/E3+?
Data transfer from the VUMAN is very simple and intuitive via USB drive. The data management of the VUMAN is similar to the data management of your computer. Simply mark, copy and paste the folders, pictures and videos.
