Whatever viZaar product you purchase, we always want to make sure that you are equipped with all accessories necessary to perform successful visual inspections. Therefore, we have prepared accessory kits for our most popular inspection systems such as the VUCAM series. Further accessories can be found in our product catalogues. Accessory kits for video endoscopes
VUCAM XO/XO+ accessory kits
For our portable video endoscope VUCAM XO/XO+ we offer two accessory kits; one “Pro” and one “Premium” version. In the picture below you can see the VUCAM accessory kit Premium. This set includes an external charger and two spare batteries, so you can always work with one set of batteries while charging the other one. This will increase your productivity a lot since you can inspect for longer periods of time. Likewise, the two additional memory cards allow a longer inspection time and considerably more recording capacity. The shoulder strap is designed to prevent fatigue and provides more mobility when you need to use your hands. Furthermore, two screen protection sheets are included in the set to ensure your display can withstand the harshest of environments. The Pro accessory set includes almost the same tools, but is designed for slightly less demanding inspections that don’t have to take as long and don’t require all three optic adapters. It includes only one additional memory card, one screen protector and two optic adapters. In all other aspects, both accessory kits are identical. It is up to you to decide which accessory kit is more suitable for you.
Accessory kits for tank and pipe inspection cameras
Push rod accessory set
We also offer accessory kits for other inspection cameras like the pipe inspection camera Revolver 80. For this inspection camera, we offer a glass fiber push rod set with a total of 15 push rods in 1.5 m length. They consist of five “soft” push rods with 6 mm diameter, five “medium” push rods with a diameter of 7.5 mm and five “hard” push rods with 9 mm diameter. This inspection accessory kit is very useful when you need to insert your camera far into the application. The push rods can easily be plugged together and thus be extended.
Centring tools: centring fixture kit
There are several centring tools for the Revolver 80. This fixture is a centring tool in the shape of a spider. It helps inserting the Revolver 80 into pipes and stabilizes it in a good position. It centers the inspection camera in the pipe for a stable, consistently focused and illuminated image, while also preventing contact with dirt and debris. In this set, we offer the two most popular centring fixtures of the Revolver 80. However, it is also available in different designs and even as special solution with a diameter of up to 1.5 m.
SNK Hardware-Set
We also offer a wide range of accessories for our pan-tilt-zoom camera. The SNK hardware set includes a manhole swivel tripod for mounting the inspection camera on tank openings, so-called manholes. This swivel tripod allows fast, three dimensional locking of the camera head inside the application, making you’re your camera movement more precise and also fatigue-free. In order for you to have sufficient range when inspecting tanks, the set also includes a camera adapter and three carbon fiber rods, each two meters long, attached to which you can lower the SNK into the tank.
