UAV Testing of Industrial Plants

Operators of industrial plants must comply with the strictest legal standards. Compliance with safety standards is also part of this as regular maintenance work. Mandatory inspections of large-scale installations can sometimes be time-consuming and expensive. For industrial climbers, cranes or other inspection methods, the plant must be partially shut down. Using aerial drones is a lot easier. Most of the time, systems can be inspected without being shut down.

A long lead time is usually not necessary: Our outdoor drones are ready for take-off in no time and send high-resolution image data to the drone pilots. The results of the inspection can be viewed on site. If required, our drones can also be equipped with a thermal imaging camera. This allows e.g. the reliable and precise detection of thermal leaks.

Of course, we apply the highest safety standards in the visual inspection of industrial plants. Our drone pilots are specially trained and certified for missions like this. Furthermore, we use the most suitable inspection equipment  and our UAV drones have excellent flight characteristics – even in stronger winds.
