Portable videoscope with modern user interface
Being a modern camera inspection system, the VUCAM® offers a touchscreen according to the latest standards. The 5.7″ display consists of a LED backlight touchscreen with a 640 x 480 px resolution. The user interface of our portable videoscope can be operated intuitively due to the clear structure and has a smart file management. Furthermore, the trans-reflective, tiltable touchscreen is even suitable for use with work gloves.
Pre-trigger recording – Never miss a thing!
Digital documentation with the VUCAM® is easily done via touch screen or hot keys on the handle. With the mobile video endoscope VUCAM® you will never miss an important spot in your inspection area. The individually adjustable pre-trigger recording feature saves video sequences up to 30 seconds before the recording button is pressed. This way, you will not miss anything even if you start recording a little late.
Images and videos are saved in standard format on an external SD card and can be quickly used for further processing. There is no software required for evaluating your data. The smart file management of the VUCAM® offers a quick access function to show your latest recordings.

Robust, yet handy – our portable videoscope
The quality of our products is very important for us at viZaar. In order to offer maximum performance for each product over the longest period of time, every step in the video endoscope production process is carefully carried out.
The housing of the VUCAM portable videoscope is made of carbon. Not only does this give the device an elegant look, but it also allows us to guarantee maximum safety with minimum weight. Due to this convincing quality, we offer a lifetime warranty on all carbon fibre components of our portable videoscope series!
For optimal handling, the VUCAM® has been designed as ergonomically as possible. It has both integrated fastening hooks and an integrated threaded connection for standard tripods, e.g. for using a Magic Arm or a camera tripod. In addition, the screen can be tilted and the monitor display can be rotated by 180°. The possibility of reflecting the inspection image horizontally or vertically complements this function. Thanks to the direct access keys with hotkey function, which allow you to quickly call up the most important functions during the inspection, you can complete your inspection in no time and in top quality.
The result: a portable videoscope system that combines all the necessary functions, helping you to carry out your inspections quickly and smoothly. The inspection becomes more efficient, possible downtimes are reduced.
VUCAM® – a series of portable videoscopes
Optimized for different fields of application, we offer our VUCAM® as XF, XO and D models in either normal or “+” version. For further information on each portable videoscope variant please refer to the slider below.
VUCAM XF
The VUCAM XF comes with a diameter of only 4 mm. Additionally, is offers the possibility to use optional optic adapters for side view. This portable videoscope is used for gear and bearing inspections, weld seam inspections, in defense and safety engineering, in the wind and water power sector as well as in the automotive industry and automotive department.
VUCAM XO
The VUCAM XO with a diameter of 6 mm the XO video probe is the sturdiest of our portable videoscopes. This probe offers the possibility to choose between three optional optic adapters that change DOV, DOF and FOV. The VUCAM XO is used in the following applications: Weld seam inspections, heat exchanger inspections, plant maintenance, construction supervision, leakage detection, personnel search, military and security technology, purity control and FOSAR.
VUCAM D
The VUCAM D is especially flexible. It combines our Ø 4 and 6 mm video probes into one versatile interchangeable inspection system. You only need one control panel while having the possibility to easily switch between the probes if necessary. Furthermore, you will be even more mobile during your inspection than with a conventional VUCAM videoscope, because display and probe do not have to be connected directly to each other. All that is needed is a connection via the supplied system cable and you can move more freely away from your probe with the control panel.

Share the results of your inspection
If you need a second opinion or want to attend the inspection from a distance, a VUCAM+ version is the right one for you! With the Video-via-LAN function you can view the image via your network as unicast or broadcast on one or more PCs using an Ethernet cable.
Occasionally, it can also be advantageous to use a larger screen for inspections. For that reason, a VUCAM+ version offers a video-out function that allows you to connect a monitor of your choice.
Push to FTP
Due to the LAN connection and the push-to-FTP function of this portable videoscope, images and videos can be stored directly on an FTP server. This allows you to access your data from anywhere without interfering with the inspection process.
Audio commentary
While performing your visual inspection, the VUCAM+ enables you to add audio commentaries via headset and save them for later analysis.
