Advantages of the VUVISION+
Are you looking for smallest corrosion pits and discoloration? Do dusts or suspended particles disturb your inspection area? Would you like to compare to a reference during your inspection? Then, the VUVISION+ is the right solution for you! The selective color enhancement makes even the smallest discolorations on the inspection surface clearly visible and the smoke reduction reduces disturbing influences by moving particles in the inspection image. Furthermore, it is possible with the VUVISION+ to show reference images via split screen for direct comparison.
The perfect documentation system for direct visual examination
You want to integrate your existing endoscopes using the VUHD-CAM or set up a new inspection workstation with the highest ergonomic standards? With the VUVISION endoscopy documentation system this is not a problem. Thanks to its Full HD resolution, even the smallest material and processing defects can be detected.
Various adjustment options make it possible to optimally adapt the system to the endoscope you use. Choose from presets for standard endoscopes or configure the settings yourself to always achieve the best inspection results. When using flexible endoscopes you can benefit from the option to remove the faceted patterns between the glass fiber image guides. Additional functions such as edge enhancement, digital zoom, image rotation and mirroring allow you to get the best inspection result.
Possibilities of documentation
You need a reproducible documentation of your inspection? If required, label your images with all the information you need using the keyboard provided. This data is recorded directly as pixels on the photo. Save your image with the touch of a button directly on a USB data carrier connected to the VUVISION. If your documentation effort is higher, connect the VUVISION to a PC and save your pictures and videos with the optional software. This software also offers the possibility to process your inspections on a project-related basis and, if required, to directly create an inspection report.
You need a time-saving inspection in series production? Connect a second monitor for optimal visualization and use the optionally available foot switch for image recording without putting the workpiece down.
Benefit from the great variety of pre-installed languages and immediately put the system into use thanks to the intuitive menu.
VUHD-CAM
Integrate your existing endoscopes into the VUVISION / VUVISION+ inspection system. The eyepiece of the endoscope is simply connected to the VUHD-Cam and locked in place. Thanks to the zoom and focusable lens of this Full HD camera, you always get the best possible image. Freely programmable buttons on the camera housing allow quick access to the functions that make your inspection a success.
VUSCOPE
Are you planning a new test workstation where you need to inspect components with small cavities and holes? The VUSCOPE combines a focusable FULL HD camera with an LED light source in an extremely compact design. Benefit from a wide range of inspection probes to achieve a perfect inspection result.
With probe sizes between 0.7 and 4.0 mm diameter you will always find the right solution for your application. The compact design meets ergonomic demands while reducing the risk of damage.
